All her classes are small and on a first come first serve basis. There are always options and modifications in all classes so you can tailor each movement to fit YOUR body. SHE fuses and blends her learnings to provide body mind connection with elements of breathing, massage, therapeutic movement, exercise mindfulness, mediation, openness, gratefulness, and appreciation for our one soul-body

Be Kind Unwind

A combination of gentler therapeutic movements incorporating Thai Chi, yoga mobility, stretching, and somatic movements with breath. Suitable for all levels.

Stability & Flexibility

Stability & Flexibility

An active class with some challenges but still accessible and healing to strengthen, energize, and open the body. Fusing together breath, stability, fascial stretch holds, self massage, and mindfulness with active therapeutic exercises.

This class is to lead our physical, mental, and emotional health into our soul and spirit health. Eastern philosophies believe that the energy of the spirit is the energy of the body - they are one.

A flow of active movement to breathe freshness into the body. This class is a continuous fluid movement class but is not fast paced. It is very accessible.
